Craig McLean brings a wealth of experience, vision, and strategic insight to the company from his years of owning and running businesses. He has specialized knowledge and a proven track record in sales, which he applies to all areas of the company, including marketing, hiring, training, sales, client services, and overall management.

As an energetic executive, Craig is a strategic, self-motivated, and dedicated leader. His positivity drives success, fosters loyalty among employees, and promotes a collaborative team environment. He approaches directives, goals, opportunities, and challenges with strong analytical skills and a common-sense perspective. His personal mission statement, "The true test of character in a man is not how he treats his peers, but rather how he treats those who work with him", has guided him to build a team that feels motivated and respected.

With over 31 years of direct experience in sales and management, including owning his own companies, Craig has excelled as a manager for various organizations, earning accolades such as being named one of the top managers worldwide for a Fortune 500 company. Under his leadership, his office consistently ranked as one of the top three in Canada, one of the top five in North America, and even achieved third in the world on several occasions.

Earlier in his career, Craig worked for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police on new gun laws and legislation, developed public awareness campaigns, conducted training and was liaison with the community, establishing strong ties with the private sector.

Prior to these roles, he was a Private Equity Real Estate Investment broker and Financial Broker.

Rose Marie Pottinger

Rose Marie Pottinger brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in business accounting, primarily with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). As WinBiz AI’s Chief Financial Officer, Rose Marie leverages her extensive expertise in corporate accounting, employer services, and GST/HST accounting to oversee financial operations and strategic planning.

Rose Marie has a strong foundation in corporate financial governance and compliance, having served as a Senior Accounts Benefits Officer at CRA. Her leadership and analytical insights are instrumental in aligning WinBiz AI’s financial strategies with its long-term vision of providing AI-driven technology solutions that drive sustainable business growth.
